Ajman Corniche
The slow seafront — cafés, sea breeze and the least hurried evening in the UAE
Long, clean and half-empty — the beach Dubai's crowds forgot
Ajman's great open secret is its beach: kilometres of wide, clean, pale sand with calm Gulf swimming, backed by the corniche lawns rather than a wall of towers — and carrying a fraction of the crowd that packs Dubai's strips on any given Friday.
Facilities are simple but sufficient (showers, kiosks, watersport operators with jet skis and banana boats), loungers rent for small money, and the beachfront hotels will sell day passes to their pools for less than a Dubai parking ticket.
The sunsets earn their 💎 mention: the beach faces due west, the crowds are thin, and the corniche karak is thirty steps behind you.
