Dolphin and seal shows in Creek Park — an old-school family favourite
Running since 2008 inside Creek Park, the Dubai Dolphinarium is the city's longest-standing family show venue: bottlenose dolphins and fur seals performing choreographed routines in an air-conditioned arena, plus a mirror maze, trampoline zone and exotic-bird shows on the side.
The 45-minute headline show leans playful rather than spectacular — flips, ball games, painting dolphins — and lands best with under-10s. Swim-with and meet-the-dolphins sessions run at premium prices for families who want closer encounters.
Worth knowing: attitudes to marine-mammal entertainment are shifting globally, and some families prefer to see dolphins wild (Musandam's fjord cruises deliver exactly that). If shows are your family's thing, this one is professionally run and pairs neatly with Creek Park's lawns, cable car and children's city next door.
